Our Story

From woodland to table

Daniele Cipriani has been a truffle hunter in the Romagna Apennines for more than twenty years. His journey began thanks to Full, his little dog, who took him into the woods for the first time, before he went on to acquire an estate in Rocca San Casciano. La Tartufa was born from this path: complementing his own production with truffles gathered in the surrounding areas by local truffle hunters and friends, then selecting them and distributing them to the most renowned restaurants.
